Starred helps recruitment teams automatically collect and analyse feedback from candidates. I came up with a draft mode that dramatically increased the speed of user maintenance and increased satisfaction across the board
Research
I worked with stakeholders in a session to understand the future of our low code integration builder. From here we synthesized all feedback and prioritised certain efforts. One of them was the integration draft mode for which I created a user flow.
Documentation is important
From multiple low-fi iterations I created high-fidelity designs based on the design system. For changes to the system, new components and specific interaction patterns I created documentation.
End results
The new draft mode caused a decrease in the amount of time spent maintaing workflows. Next to that, user satisfaction is up. The most heard comment is that users don’t have to worry about missing feedback while updating workflows.
